Our core team worked together for a number of years prior to PeopleTECH being formed in 2002. They are all highly experienced consultants with strong track records in their respective fields. More importantly, they have managed sales and service operations themselves, so they understand our recommendations must be real world and deliver sustainable change .

Kay began her career with BT where she worked as a consultant before joining the L&R Group (now part of Sitel Corporation) specialist Customer management consultancy. She joined PeopleTECH in 2002 when it was created, and has since carried out major change programmes with many blue chip organisations including: Alliance & Leicester (now Santander), Budget Insurance, npower, Sky and most recently JT Group.
