Formerly a managing consultant and international director at McKinsey, A.T. Kearney and Morgan Grenfell, Francois has been particularly successful in leading change programmes, such as customer experience, merger integration and re-organisations, involving cross-functional, cross-border and multi-cultural challenges.
His industry experience bridges technology, telecoms, automotive, consumer and financial sectors, and he has broad international experience with clients in the UK, Europe, North & South America, India, Japan, Morocco, Qatar and South Africa
Recent assignments include a strategy and organisation review leading to the development of a 15 work-stream transformation plan ror a leading European Hosting and Cloud player with global reach in the IaaS sector, the design, launch and implementation of a transformation programme for the 5,000 people strong Commercial Operations team of the Southern African division of a global telecoms group, design and leadership of a channel diversification pilot for the EU division of a global auction and e-Commerce operator, and the design and launch of a customer experience acceleration program covering 10 countries and over 60m customers for the European division of a leading telecom global player.
Francois has an MBA from INSEAD, and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
